Reports are automatically loaded into your web browser or spreadsheet program.

The following reports are available.

Usage Statistics

	Total number of sessions
	Total time computers were in use
	Average session length
	Total number of reservations made
	Total number of reservations missed
	Total number of waiting list sessions
	Maximum number of users waiting in the waiting list and when maximum occurred
	Maximum and average waiting time for a user in the waiting list and when maximum occurred

These parameters may be queried system wide, by branch, or by computer group.  Results may be aggregated over a period of time, ranging from one day to the entire data collection period.

Printing Statistics

	Page count of print jobs printed for free
	Page count of print jobs charged
	Page count of print jobs cancelled due to user cancellation or end of session

These parameters may be queried system wide, by branch, or by printer. Results may be aggregated over a period of time, ranging from one day to the entire data collection period.

Accounting Statistics

	Amount of cash received
	Amount of cash disbursed
	Value of reimbursed print jobs (due to toner, ink, or paper misfeed issues)
	Net cash (cash received minus cash disbursed)

These parameters may be queried system wide, by branch, or by Staff User ID. Also handles the case of a staff member working at multiple branches part-time. Results may be combined over a period of time, ranging from one day to the entire data collection period.

	Patron ID number
	Patron name
	Computer name
	Session start time
	Session end time
	Session length

These parameters may be queried system wide, by branch, by computer group, or by Patron ID. Collection of session statistics data may be suppressed.

User Statistics

	Total number of users in database, by access level
	Total print account value
